("OCI") informed that on April 29 and April 30, 2024, OCI executed transfer instruments to sell 40 million shares and 38 million shares of the company, respectively, to two transferees, all of whom are independent third parties to the company. Upon the completion of the disposal, OCI's shareholding in the company will be reduced from 73.17% to 65.45%.
